The paper presents the medium-periodical dynamics of factors resources changes in quantitative-qualitative measure in agriculture, forestry, fishery and hunting within 1999–2002. The study presented 1both factors resources development dynamics as well as the development rate. It was the basis to point at the directions of changes in resources, being the considered system potential.
