Agronomy Science is a peer-reviewed scientific journal, published since 1945 (untill 2017 as Annales Universitatis Mariae Curie-Skłodowska, Sectio E Agricultura, ISSN 0365-1118, ISSN online 2083-7410), currently a quarterly, available online (in print until 2025).

The journal offers open access to articles without the need to register.
Articles are published in accordance with the Budapest Declaration, under the terms of CC BY 4.0 licence (until 2020 under the terms of CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 licence).
Authors are charged the publication fee (golden open access with an APC).

The journal is also financed by university subsidies and programs of the minister responsible for science and higher education:
– „Science dissemination activities” – agreement No.  638/P-DUN/2018,
– „Support for scientific journals” – agreement No. 371/WCN/2019/1.

The journal does not publish advertisements.
