The aim of the study was to evaluate the profitability of using the biostimulants in cultivation of bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) ‘Orzeł’. The field studies were carried out in 2016–2018. Bean seeds of ‘Orzeł’ cultivar were sown every year in the first 10-day period of May. During the growing season, following biostimulants were used: Asahi SL (at concertation 0.1 and 0.2%), Kelpak SL (at concertation 0.7 and 1%), Terra Sorb Complex (at concertation 0.3 and 0.5%), in the form of a single (BBCH 12−13) or double spraying (BBCH 12−13 and BBCH 61). After harvesting the plants, the seed yield (t·ha–1) from each plot was determined and the profitability of using biostimulants was assessed. The biostimulants used increased the bean seed yield in 14% and had a positive effect on the profitability of using the preparations, however, the effect obtained depended on the concentration and climatic conditions during the study years. In 2016 and 2017, single spraying with both Asahi SL concentrations was economically the most profitable. On the other hand, in the last year of study, it was more advantageous to apply higher concentration of this preparation, as well as to apply Kelpak SL at lower concentration. Single spraying (BBCH 12−13) at higher concentration (0.2%) of Asahi SL was the most cost-effective.
