Abstrakt

The studies were carried out at the Experimental Farm in Zawady in the years 1999–2003. A field experiment was according to the method without replications. In the case of winter triticale the post-harvest cultivation was varied: 1. First ploughing – 12 cm, 2. Cultivator, 3. Disc harrow, 4. Without cultivation (Roundup 360 SL), 5. Without cultivation, 6. Ploughing – 20 cm, 7. Disc harrow. On the first five treatments the pre-sowing cultivation was carried out. The highest direct cost occurred when a herbicide was applied after harvest. However, they were just slightly higher than those incurred on the plot with plough skimming. The highest yielding on the plot where single ploughing was performed straight after the harvest and, at the same time, considerably lower costs than in a traditional soil cultivation method were the reason for the highest value of the direct surplus obtained on this plot. When analyzing the application profitability of other ways of land cultivation, it was observed that only after a non-ploughing cultivation the value of the direct surplus was significantly lowest.
