Rozmnażanie storczyków w kulturach tkankowych

Abstrakt

Storczyki to jedne z najważniejszych roślin ozdobnych. W związku z ogromną liczbą gatunków i odmian storczyków, z których większość nie może być rozmnażana generatywnie, rośliny te są rozmnażane także wegetatywnie. Jedną z metod wykorzystywaną powszechnie jest rozmnażanie in vitro. W pracy przedstawiono istniejący stan wiedzy na temat kiełkowania nasion w warunkach in vitro oraz mikrorozmnażania storczyków, z uwzględnieniem najbardziej znaczących wyników badań.
