Abstract
The aim of the study was to qualify the influence of habitat conditions, basing on chemical composition of soil, on the chemical composition of leaf, stem and flowers of tansy (Tanacetum vulgare L.). Two years’ research was carried out on the ground of observation, and the analysis was made of the material received from 24 localities of regions: Równina Włocławska, Wyżyna Lubelska, Padół Zamojski, Działy Grabowieckie, Płaskowyż Suchedniowski, Wysoczyzna Siedlecka and Niecka Połaniecka. The soil was analyzed. The quantity of magnesium, potassium and phosphor available for plants was defined. There was also marked pH of soil. In the dried plant’s material there was defined the quantity of macroelements: N, P, K, Ca and Mg. The conclusion of study is that diversity as well the chemical composition of soil and pH as chemical composition of tansy leaves was wide. Most of tansy plants were characterized by the biggest content of potassium, calcium, magnesium and nitrogen in leaves compared with flowers and stem. The biggest content of phosphorus was marked in the flowers of Tanacetum vulgare L. The least content of macroelements were observed in tansy stem.
