Abstract
The paper analyzes the impact of both intensive and extensive usage of basal production means potential on net production value at middle-east macroregion farms in the years 1997, 1998 and 1999 in Poland. The qualitative as well as quantitative analysis of basal production potential ratios allows to indicate their influence on net production at farms, therefore pointing to the necessary changes in the farming system towards effective using of basal production means potential.
