The influence of foliar fertilization on potato tubers yield

he aim of studies carried out in 2004–2006 was to evaluate the influence of potato foliar fertilization using a spectrum of 11 mono- and multi-component fertilizers on tuber yields. Particular fertilizers were applied separately or along with fungicides. The obtained results confirmed a positive – in general – effect of foliar fertilization on potato tubers yield. The best yieldforming effect was obtained after the following agents: Rolvit B, Tytanit, and Plonvit K. In the case of Bormax, Molibdenit, and Mikrovit Cu there was not observed any significant yield increament.
