41 agro-tourist associations were examined using questionnaires during three years. 21 of them were localized to the East from the Vistula River and 20 of them to the West from the Vistula River. The survey has a character of system analysis and it involves basic areas and direc-tions of agro-tourists association activity. The survey was carried out using statistic and compara-tive methods.
The average number of agro-tourists association members running activity to the East from the Vistula River increased from 56.9 to 62.3 but to the West of the Vistula River from 23.2 to 31.3. In the examined period agro-tourist associations localized to the East from the Vistula River increased the number of recreational-tourists services on average from 28.3 to 39.0 (growth about 38%). But the associations localized to the West from the Vistula River also increased services number, respectively from 13.0 to 39.6 (growth about 205%). The levels of weighed means of seven examined (out of eight) statutory targets realized by associations localized to the West from the Vistula River were higher from 4.3% to 14.3% comparing to weighed means of associations localized to the East from the Vistula River.
