Hortorum Cultus is one of nine series of Acta Scientiarum Polonorum, a scientific journal founded in 2001 by the rectors of Polish agricultural universities, supervised by the Editorial Board – representatives of these universities. In Acta Scientiarum Polonorum Hortorum Cultus we publish original research papers and review articles containing new and significant information on broad aspects of horticulture and related disciplines. The papers are published in English only, in six issues yearly. Acta Scientiarum Polonorum Hortorum Cultus is print (ISSN 1644-0692) and online (e-ISSN 2545-1405) open access journal. From 2022, the articles are made available according to CC BY 4.0 (attribution). Earlier articles are made available under the conditions CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 licence (attribution – non-commercial use – no derivative works).

We are pleased to announce that the journal Acta Scientiarum Polonorum Hortorum Cultus has received funding from the Ministry of Education and Science for 2022–2024 under the program „Development of scientific journals” in the amount of PLN 99,000 (contract no. RCN/SP/0589/2021/1). Planned activities include: software development involving the implementation of a new version of OJS, purchase of digital object identifiers (DOI); proofreading of English translation of articles and their abstracts; professional editorial development of the journal.

Articles submitted after August 31, 2019 are subject to a new publication fee of 200 EUR + 23% VAT. The fee for additional pages (above 12) remains unchanged and amounts to 15 EUR + 23% VAT for each additional page of the manuscript.

Godło

The journal Acta Scientiarum Polonorum Hortorum Cultus has received funding from the Ministry of Education and Science under the program „Development of scientific journals” in the amount of PLN 99,000 (contract no. RCN/SP/0589/2021/1). The aim  of the project is to raise the level of publishing and editing practices, increase the journal's impact on the development of science, and keep the journal in international scientific circulation. The project includes: software development involving the implementation of a new version of OJS, purchase of digital object identifiers (DOI), proofreading of English translation of articles and their abstracts, professional editorial development of the journal.
