Abstrakt
Badania oparto na 3-letnim doświadczeniu polowym przeprowadzonym w południowo-wschodniej Polsce, w latach 2013-2015, na glebie brunatnej, lekko kwaśnej. Eksperyment założono metodą losowanych podbloków, gdzie czynnikami I rzędu było nawożenie dolistne: (A) Fortis Zn Mn + Fortis Aminotop, (B) Fortis B Mo + Ferti Agro, (C) Fortis Zn Mn + Fortis B Mo i (0) obiekt standardowy, bez nawożenia dolistnego. Czynnikami II rzędu były 4 odmiany jadalne ziemniaka (‘Viviana’, ‘Vineta’, ‘Jelly’ i Agnes). Aplikacja dolistna, wszystkich kombinacji nawozowych, przyczyniła się do zmniejszenia zawartości azotanów i azotynów w bulwach ziemniaka. Reakcja odmian na nawożenie dolistne była jednak zróżnicowana. Najmniejszą skłonnością do akumulowania azotanów charakteryzowała się średnio późna odmiana ‘Jelly’, największą zaś wczesna odmiana ‘Vineta’. Największą zawartość, zarówno azotanów, jak i azotynów w bulwach odnotowano w roku suchym, o znacznym niedoborze opadów w okresie wegetacji ziemniaka, zaś najmniej w roku, o mokrym czerwcu i wrześniu.
