The aim of this research was to evaluate the effect of different rates of the herbicide Lentipur FLO 500 SC applied alone and in combination with the adjuvant Atpolan 80 EC on the content of some macroelements, microelements and o-dihydroxy phenols in winter wheat grain. A field study was carried out at the Czesławice Experimental Farm (51°18'23"N, 22°16'2"E) in the years 2010/2011 and 2012/2013. Three different rates of the herbicide Lentipur FLO 500 SC (chlorotoluron): the full rate (3.0 l ∙ ha-¹) and rates reduced to 67% and 50%, were the experimental factors. These rates were applied alone and in combination with the adjuvant Atpolan 80 EC (paraffin oil) at the amount of 1.5 l ∙ ha-¹. The study showed that application of the herbicide Lentipur Flo 500 SC had an adverse effect on the content of macroelements in winter wheat grain, whereas in the case of micronutrients and o-dihydroxy phenols opposite relationships were found. Adjuvant application significantly decreased the magnesium and zinc content in grain, but increased the grain content of copper, manganese and iron.
